What we collect

• Your first name and mobile number when you send a booking request.
• The service, day and time you pick, and any note you write.
• If you check the text box: your consent to get offers by text, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed.
• If you join our email list: your email, to send you the emails. If you add them, your first name, to greet you by name, and your birth month, to know your birthday month.
• How you found us: the ad or link that first brought you here (for example utm tags, gclid or fbclid), the first page you saw and the site that sent you. We keep this in a cookie on your device for 90 days.
• When you send a booking request, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type, kept with your request to stop spam. When you send a request or join our email list, we also keep the scrambled IP address in a spam counter. Entries older than one day are deleted the next time someone uses one of our forms.
• When you send a booking request, the Meta ad cookie IDs on your device (_fbp and _fbc), if there are any, to measure our ads. We don't keep them if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Analytics and advertising cookies

• We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this website and to measure our ads. These tools set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, the buttons you tap, and your device and browser type. We never send your name, phone number, or note to Google or Meta. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser settings.
• We do not use session recording, chat widgets or review widgets.

Cookies this site sets

• elite_ft: our own cookie that remembers how you first found us, for 90 days.
• _ga and _ga_BP9LZ7QDMH: Google Analytics cookies that count visits.
• _fbp and _fbc, when you come from a Facebook or Instagram link: Meta Pixel cookies that measure our ads. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel.
• Staff who sign in to our admin pages get a sign-in cookie (sb-…). Visitors never get it.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your appointment request.
• To text you offers, only if you said yes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
• To email you about new sets and offers, only if you joined our email list. To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails or call us at (914) 458-7301.
• To learn which ads and posts bring guests, so we spend less on ads that do not work.

Who sees it

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
• Our salon team sees your request. Service providers that run this site for us (website hosting, our database, and our staff alert tools) handle it only to provide that service.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, fix or delete your information at any time.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser.
